Q: What is the Hotel Reservation Link?

Click the Reservation Link and select the caller’s booking dates, then complete the reservation.
**Please DO NOT book reservations after 11pm CST for SAME DAY reservations
A card MUST be put on file in Booking Factory. A DEPOSIT FOR THE FIRST NIGHT WILL BE TAKEN NOW AND THE BALANCE WILL BE CHARGED WITHIN 72 HRS OF CHECK-IN
Q: Is there a Roku Pin (Password)?
A: We do not have the Roku pin. We offer Hulu, Hulu Live, ESPN and Disney for free. You are also welcome to sign into your Netflix account, but we would need you to be responsible for logging out of Netflix before you leave. If you log out of any of the provided apps, you may be subject to a $250 reconfiguration fee.
Q: When will I receive the room code?
A: Codes are emailed four days in advance and then texted and emailed again up to 24 hours before arrival. If you are calling because you are worried that your reservation is today instead of tomorrow, please just double check your confirmation email.
Q. Do you allow early check in or late check out?
A: Check-in is 3 PM / Check-out is 10am. 1pm early check-ins are available on a limited basis for an additional $50 charge.
Q. Can I check in late?
A: We will have staff available during normal business hours. Check-ins after normal business hours are fine. Your code will work up until 10AM on the day of check-out.
Q. Restaurant Reservations?
A: Whiskey Prime does have different hours. The hours are Thursday-Sunday. The bar opens at 3 PM and the kitchen opens at 5 PM. You do need to call 601-557-2611 to make the reservation.
Q. What is your pet policy?
A: We do not allow pets in our rooms. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Q: Do you need a fishing license?
A: Yes a fishing license is required.
Q. Is it possible to book now and pay later?
A: We will need your card information to confirm booking and for the deposit which will be equal to the first night’s stay. The balance, if any, will be charged within 72 hours of your check in. The deposit is fully refundable with cancellations prior to 72 hours before arrival.
Q. Discount / Do you offer discounts?
A: We unfortunately do not. We are a small, boutique hotel and are unable to accommodate any discount requests and we don’t accept cash.
Q. Is there a pool?
A: Unfortunately not yet, but real soon!.
Q. Cancellations … What is your cancellation policy?
A: Free cancellation 72 hours prior to check in, unless the booking reservation covers a holiday, and it will not be refundable.
Q. Hurricanes / Evacuations … Do you accept cancellations if there is an expected hurricane / storm etc?
A: We will accept cancellations if there is a mandatory evacuation situation due to hurricane / storm etc
Q: Where is the property located? How do I know which unit I am in?
A: The property address is 130 Carroll Avenue, Bay Saint Louis, MS 39520. The guest info you received by email & text will specify which unit you are in – additionally, there will be posted signage at the property.
– If you’re staying in the Main House, you may enter through the columned entryway.
– If you’re staying in the Upstairs Loft, you may ONLY enter using the spiral staircase located on the right side of the Main House (on the opposite side of the driveway).
– If you’re staying in Cottage A or B, they are both located behind the Main House at the end of the driveway – there is signage posted next to each door.
Q: Will I have access to the other on-site units?
A: No, all 4 units have their own smart lock – each guest will have their own unique, personal entry code to access their respective unit. Although the exterior space may be shared, the inside of each unit is fully private space.
Q: TV not working?
A: Please give us a call at 601.557.2611 so we can have a staff member help resolve or reset the internet connection
